90 Second Bread:
Ingredients:
3 TB almond flour.
1/2 TS baking powder.
2 TB plus 1 TB of butter.
1 egg.
Seasonings/sweetener of choice.
Directions:
Melt 2 TB of butter in a bowl. Add all other ingredients. Stir well. Microwave for 90 seconds. Allow 20-30 seconds to cool before cutting. Use the bread to cook as you would a “regular” grilled cheese, use for peanut butter/jelly sandwiches, or keto toast! So many options! Enjoy!

**** Mold Bread Pan size: 6 in-3in-2in.
****Micromatic MRO-18 Electric Rotisserie Oven 19L (White).
Ingredients:
4 TBSP Coconut flour.
3 TBSP UNSALTED butter.
4 med eggs.
1/2 TBSP baking powder.
2 TBSP Erythritol (or any LC sweetener but this is optional).
130g shredded cheese ( cheddar preferred) or You can use 1cup & 5 TBSP.
**Bake at 175 C for 30 minutes.
MACROS ( WHOLE BREAD).
